Celebrating Women in Photography Exhibition

An open call was made for women photographers to submit their work for an exhibition held at Shambellie House, Scotland as part of the Shambellie House Festival of Photography 2023

A gallery of 52 images by female photographers, selected by a panel of judges from over one hundred entries were exhibited at Shambellie House from 24 June – 6 July to celebrate ‘Women in Photography’. 

I was fortunate for one of my favourite portraits of Esther McCann (Miss Manifesther) from my own Inspiring Women in Business Project to be selected in amongst an amazing body of work covering all genres and styles of photography.

I raced up to Scotland to The Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary where the exhibition had been extended from January- February 2024, curated by the team at Outpost Arts for all the patients and visitors to take a moment to get lost in and enjoy.

It was such an honour and privilege to be selected alongside these super creative women and have the opportunity to showcase my style of work with the iPhone.

A truly powerful moment of recognition for the work I produce and showing others what's possible.
