Inspiring Women In Business

Weekend Retreat 2023

Time for you...

...to give yourself the opportunity to pause, reflect, create, connect and feel inspired. Allowing time to explore ideas and next steps to move forward in your business.

Brook Hall

Our home for the weekend. A luxury Grade II listed manor near Bath in North Bradley. With lots of beautiful period details throughout, very large garden and parking for 12 cars.

Sleeping arrangements

The weekend has a limited number of spaces, 10 in total. All rooms will be on a twin sharing basis with both double and single beds in each room.

Dining

I cannot wait to dine with you all around this fabulous table. Those who know me well, know that this was the selling point of this house for me. All meals will be communal at this table with plans for a collaborative meal together on the Saturday night.

Im your host Abbie Asadi

Following on from a successful Inspiring Women in Business photography project in 2022, the question was asked "well what next?"

My love for gathering like hearted people generated the idea to gather women in business in a place where they could escape the working world briefly to allow time to pause, create, connect and reflect on who they are and what they offer as a business.

Gain clarity on your offering and leave having generated new ideas, new connections and space to move forward and deliver the business that is your heartwork.

I very much look forward to meeting you, extending my hand of hospitality and creating a space for you to flourish.

I'm Katerina, founder of MindCraft. I’m a Peace Seeker, Inner Journey Guide and a Meditation Teacher.

I help children and adults bring more calm, peace and joy into their lives. I’m here for those who sometimes find navigating this world a challenge, whether due to their sensitivity or neurodiversity.

A highly sensitive person myself, I support others in finding peace by connecting to their own inner selves. I do so through breathwork, meditation, sound, visualisation, aromatherapy and movement.

My primary focus is on supporting children and families, especially highly sensitive and neurodivergent children. I use a heart-centred, respectful and compassionate approach with children supporting their individual needs in the moment and long-term whilst focusing on their gifts, talents and potential for the future. Through meditation I help children find their centre and point of balance and express & release emotions in a safe and gentle way.

I also love supporting women on their journey back to themselves. A journey which I have been on since the birth of my children. I help women connect back to their feminine & cyclical nature, to be in tune with Mother Earth.

I am based in Chippenham and work face to face and online.

I work in groups and on 1:1 basis.

I run monthly relaxation & meditation sessions in Devizes (first Monday of the month)

I love spending time in nature. I love running and walking. I like to write. I never say no to a dance 🙂

I live with my husband, our 2 boys (12 and 10) and our 4 cats :-)

Lucy Ellis

Lucy Ellis

Lucy is a multimedia artist focussing on abstract art, painting, mark making and textile processes.  Along with 16 years experience teaching art to all ages and abilities, Lucy is currently producing large scale paintings in her Wiltshire studio. Her work focusses on the power of colour and the therapeutic benefits of exploring vibrant compositions and the tactile qualities of acrylic, spray paint and Indian ink. Her degree in Textile Design Studies and passion for texture and layering techniques fuels her ever evolving work.

She offers 1-1, small group and larger workshop events and is available to facilitate these either at her studio, in local arts spaces or private functions in clients homes.

Her workshop will consist of a meaningful exploration of colour, shape and form through expressive mark making using a variety of media and tools. The process lead session aims to break down the barriers of being ‘good at art’ and enables the maker to engage and interact with materials in a free and personal way.
